I would like to do some aesthetic maintenance around here.
1. finish the woodwork in the living room
2. patch and paint around the fireplace.
3. paint the middle bathroom and install trim where needed.
4. trim around attic access.
5. Laundry room floor.
6. Paint front porch.
7. patch walls in various rooms around electrical outlets
Other repairs
1. Get all electrical outlets working.
2. sizzling switch in kitchen
3. install A/C
4. Install pipes under kitchen for heat.
5. light/fan dining room
